A day late, trying to play catch up. My inlaws are busy right now training their new puppies. I liked the idea of mixing it up with a big dog, little person… because sometimes the job of caregiver can be overwhelming. Maybe a little gross, but I love how it turned out. You either like them or you don’t. This cute guy is trying so hard for the perfect roasted marshmallow. He really just wants that warm ooey gooey-ness. Most people struggle with this same quest… but they don’t have a personal internal combustion system. Its still not easy, but so worth it in the end.

I will never forget that conversation with my dad. What one person finds tranquil might make another shudder. I did add a dash of magic. I used to wear shirts like this hiding my hands too.

I had so many ideas for “Poison, Inktober Day 1″… old glass bottles and their shapes have always fascinated me. The liquid in the bottle has a life of it’s own. I couldn’t help, but play with Typography too… another one of my loves. What do you think of my combination of all of the elements for poison?
