Boom, DONE… wrapping up Inktober with Ripe the last drawing. Thank goodness I’m finally finished. I love doing this, but time is a hot commodity. Maybe next year I’ll actually get done on time. I survived this round and I’m fairly certain my dabbling in ink has improved every year. Not every drawing is brilliant. I’m drawing and personally that’s more of the point. Inktober Day 29 Injured, yes this one is hard to look at. It’s not pretty, in fact I would say its ugly and painful … not the woman, but what was done to her. No she didn’t walk into a door. Finally I’m back to finish up Inktober. The end of October was overwhelming with headaches, Halloween, deadlines, and our annual Halloween party.

So anyways, Inktober Day 28 is Ride. I almost drew the more obvious like a motorcycle or dirt bike which honestly I would love to do. I wanted to attempt more of a twist. Besides I saw a good handful of these guys trying to attack my garden not too long ago. I also thought drawing the muscle and wet look could be fun and challenging.

So Norman decided he wanted some bling and work as a home decorator. It’s a bit reminiscent of “Shiny” from Moana. Though it’s not sparkly, it goes back to the roots of nature. #Inktober #Inktober2019 #ride #snail #plant #wet #mucus #ink #drawing #art
