Day 7 Inktober Shy… So I brainstormed with my son and he came up with the idea of a monster with a bag over his head. I loved the idea and thought it would be a fun one. For feet I looked at dinosaurs. Do you like the idea?  #inktober2017 #drawlloween2017 #octobersketch

Monsters, teeth, who knew?

My 2 little monsters can make a pretty big mess with just about anything. The bathroom though I think gets the brunt of it. I always find toothpaste all over, which explains why it’s run out of quickly. Trying to find the humor in it I came up with this Toothy Monster. Cute, odd, you decide…

Another sketch… this little monster just makes me smile. I failed on my vampire meets gummy bear attempt. Somehow I stumbled on to this fur ball. What do you think ink or water color markers?

Inktober Day 21 Frankenstein’s Monster

Hmmm… I wonder why Frankie is so mad. I like this monster a lot. His elongated face/head, really adds character and personality to the usual block head and flat top. Media pilot precise V5 extra fine black #inktober2016 #drawlloween2016

Inktober Day 15 Bride of Frankenstein’s Monster

Inktober Day 15 I chose to venture with my own prompt, Bride of Frankenstein’s Monster. I had a lot of fun with curves and fabric, and even with hair. The drawing has a very romantic feel to it, possibly due to her costume and beauty. Frankenstein’s monster is meant to be ugly, grotesque… I’ve always loved the contrast, Beauty and the Beast. #inktober2016 #drawlloween2016

Did It Again, Another CAL

So I participated in the Too Yarn Cute Crochet A long in the fall of 2015. I tried to make them as gifts for Christmas. Both of my kids claimed the hats they modeled of course, but the infinity scarf was made especially for my sister-in-law. What do you think of my color choices?
