Catching up… Inktober Day 13 Friday the 13th, Unlucky Lucy. Superstitions… black cats, ladders, full moons, shattered mirrors, socks, walking on cracks, etc. Opening an umbrella inside is considered unlucky and superstitious too. Inktober Day 3, Poison… beware of mushrooms and perfect apples! I was trying to think of different ways to show poison, other than bottles and hypodermic needles. I like the idea of the mushroom being an angry character, just not sure on the eyebrows. What do you think? I’ll be doing another drawing of real mushrooms, because I really liked the look. #inktober2017 #drawlloween2017

Do you like birds? What about a snail bird, named Snaptor? Combining two very different animals to create a whole new species. Baby birds can seem reptilian and ugly, but I think this fella is kind of cute.
For now I’m going to be sharing sketches, followed by final drawings once finished.
