A dear friend asked me to help her with a birthday gift, to create this portrait of her beautiful daughter and her gorgeous dog. After a lot of hard work it turned out so well.

These two look so dashing in their costumes. These portraits were a challenge to keep them tied as a pair and in determining some of those hidden details. Also as I continue yo learn drawing small isn’t as easy as drawing a larger format. Somehow, these two turned out beautifully. Do your pets wear costumes or accessories? Personally, when we had cats before finding out my husband’s allergies…ours hated any type of costume.
