Have you ever seen a tornado? Or at the least seen the Wizard of Oz. They can be both fascinating and frightening all at the same time.  I’ve seen many storms and am very thankful to have dodged them. One particular storm was possibly the largest I’ve seen. On April 26, 1991 I watched the Andover tornado, an F5, move across the horizon. Luckily it was miles away from my backyard. The twister left behind complete devastation and 21 people died that day. Most people who live in Tornado Alley have similar stories of dodging or surviving.
